They say Cab Franc is all about violet, but who the heck can remember what a violet smells like? Nice ripe red fruit notes fill up the mouth, rounded out by a savoury hint of cedar from barrel aging. Naysayers get none... it’s way too good.

Inaugural release made exclusively with fruit grown on our home block. Grapes were de-stemmed and crushed, cold soaked for 72 hrs and fermented in stainless steel with 15 months aging in French Oak.
