Now I'm not saying that just my child is brilliant, but really, some of the pearls of wisdom she imparts are quite simply, brilliant.
Like, for example, when camping: the kids were thoroughly enjoying the time honoured tradition of making smores. I walked away to fetch the chocolate and came back to find my daughter reclined with marshmellow roasting in hand. Completing her outfit was a smashing pair of blue swim goggles.
"Whats up with the blue goggles" I asked?
"They're to keep the smoke out of my eyes Mom".
Of course.
